what, ware, how?

 
malware is the worst of them all.      (malicious ware)  that is virus's & trojans. 
virus's do things you dont want them to do...     they can corrupt files..  delete 
files,  alter files to do differnt tasks.     they can force drivers to run on differnt 
devices. causing them to fail.    could make your harddrive fail. trojans gives 
hackers a easy in to your computer..       a trojan can be attached to a down-
load. and you wouldent know it.    they can then easyly do anything they want. 
like steal cc#'s,  steal passwords..      mess with you while your doing some-
thing.   like make your mouse move / freeze screen...    well you get the idea. 
the word trojan comes from the greek trojan horse. .   the greek army gave a 
gift to people. and hid inside it the men brought it in,    and left it in the castle. 
they came out at night and defeated them.       so in other words its up to you 
to fall for a trojan. 


spyware is  small programs that hide in your registry,  that can tell others like 
the goverment or hackers. .          what you type what sites you goto what you 
download.         keyloggers is also spyware and know exsactly what you type 
and steal your passwords. then sent to someone else.   to get rid of spyware

adware    is programs that launch website's off your pc when your connected 
to the net.      loading porn or credit checks whatever it is. so the person who 
gave it to you can make $$$.     its a type of spam.    ad-aware can get rid of 
them. it is on my programs page also..


payware shareware and freeware are different.  payware is commercial pro-
grams you pay for.      windows is payware.     shareware are trial programs. 
winzip is shareware.    try and buy.    and freeware is free programs you can 
distribute them as you wish.     they are free.      you dont need no money for 
these. however there is usually a link off the program to donate money to the 
programmer. that would be nice to do.


and of course hardware and software. hardware is devices in your computer 
and outside.  your mouse and keyboard are hardware.   your modem,  video 
card, sound card are hardware. software is programs in general installed on 
your computer be them payware freeware or shareware. or malware heh..
