lately has your computer been running sluggish?    taking longer to load programs. 
maybe internet running slow.         well here is things you can do and check to help 
speed up things. ill tell you how to do it and what it does.

most of the time,    your just trying to run a game or program,      and you might not 
have enough memory.       you might want to go get more ram.    what ram does is 
temporary hold files to help the  cpu  /  video card  process data faster learn more 
on my computerbuilding page.    you might have too many programs installed that 
load with windows when you boot.. 

to turnoff programs.   click start go 2 run type msconfig and hit enter. click the start 
up tab,          and thats the things that autoload read what they are and only turn the 
things off that slow down your start up time or ram usage.     if something does not 
load and it has alot of error messages while booting,         just turn them back on it 
might of been something you needed,     but most likely theres nothing in there like 
that. but thats how you do it 

sometimes after awhile some files become corrupt,        and you might want to run 
scandisk,   located in your accessiories folder on your start menu.    a harddrive is 
like a vhs cassette tape. you know after awhile it becomes fuzzy.     and its hard to 
hear or see.  well the harddrive is the same way.     it just dont get bad as fast..  its 
closed up and no dust can get to it..    well when data is fuzzy usually its gone. pro-
grams are very sensitive it dont just skip it terminates.

if you install alot of programs sometimes files get moved to differnt sectors of your 
hardrive that takes along time for the program to find.   you will need to run defrag-
menter which is also located in your accessiories folder.  defragmenter organizes 
your harddrive. so it will process the program better.

and one of the main reasons for computer lagging,    is spyware.   yuck i hate spy-
ware.   see my spyware page to learn more about it.  to get rid of it get a spyware 
remover program.        learn more about it and a link to the best freeware spyware

sometimes when you run    anti spyware/adware    programs it damages your win-
sock,  and you have problems connecting to the internet and it can also mess with 
your tcp   (transmission control protocal)   so it can make internet applications not 
connect even web browsers.      here is a freeware program to fix it download win-
sock fix it was made for windows xp. i think it will work for other windows os's
